Meet The Homelae™ Therapeutic Wood Stick
Enhance skin elasticity and reduce puffiness and wrinkles with our Therapeutic Wood Stick. This tool promotes better absorption and lymphatic drainage to achieve a more youthful appearance.
How It Works:
- Back Massage: Begin by using the concave side in a downward motion, consistently moving in the same direction. Next, employ the convex side to gently scrape along the spine.
- Abdomen Massage: Start by placing the navel at the center and gently massaging downwards. Use even pressure and avoid applying too much force. Massaging regularly for three to seven days can potentially relieve constipation.
- Leg Massage: Begin at the knee and massage downward in a consistent direction. For better circulation, massage upward from the bottom to the top if there are varicose veins or edema in the lower extremities.
- Shoulder/Neck Massage: Gently massage from top to bottom using slow and steady movements. Avoid excessive pressure and rapid movements for optimal results. This technique can aid in promoting lymphatic circulation and alleviating any concerns associated with blood flow in the head, shoulders, and neck.
(Each area should be massaged for 3-5 minutes)
